Our team
Our team is composed of the founding partner, Mr. Andrei Mihnea Gane, and lawyers with whom we collaborate on various projects to deliver a complex and top-tier legal product in multiple areas of law. The team members are experienced lawyers from major law firms, who have worked on projects with international elements and provided legal assistance to international clients. This background has allowed them to develop a strong professional ethic and a mindset oriented towards action and results.
Mihnea is a lawyer and a member of the Bucharest Bar. He started his legal career at one of the largest law firms in Romania and in the world, being part of the team that won the Chambers Europe award for the best law firm in Romania. With the experience accumulated in the firm and the desire to assert himself independently, he decided to open his own law office, forming a team of lawyers with the same interests, enthusiasm, and desire for success.

Mehmet Emin Agirman
Collaborating mediator and Turkish interpreter
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the ‘Dunărea de Jos’ University of Galați, a mediator and business consultant, as well as a speaker of Turkish and Kurdish. He provides consultancy in business and real estate investments, mainly for Romanian legal entities with foreign participation. In addition, he carries out procedures at the General Inspectorate for Immigration to obtain the necessary documentation for the temporary or permanent stay of foreign citizens in Romania.
