Our team is composed of the founding partner, Mr. Andrei Mihnea Gane, and lawyers with which we collaborate on various projects to deliver a complex and top-level legal product across multiple areas of law. The team members are experienced lawyers from major law firms, having worked on projects with international elements and provided legal assistance to international clients. This background has enabled them to develop a strong work ethic and a mindset focused on action and results.

Mihnea is a lawyer and a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. He began his legal career at one of the largest law firms in Romania and the world, being part of the team that won the Chambers Europe award for the best law firm in Romania. With the experience gained at the firm and a desire to establish himself independently, he decided to open his own law office, forming a team of lawyers with the same interests, enthusiasm, and drive for success

We’ve assisted hundreds of clients in civil cases over the years, many of which have been international clients.

Significant results obtained by our team:

• We secured a judgment in favor of our client, resulting in the waiver of a debt in value of over 800.000,00 EUR in the procedure of bankruptcy of their business;
• We obtained in favour of our client a mandatory judgement from the High Court of Justice, which changed Act no. 85/2014 regulating the insolvency procedure. Following this mandatory judgement, Romanian courts of law can no longer close bankruptcy procedures before finalising tort procedures against the person responsible for the company’s state of insolvency.
• Multiple successful results in administrative courts and law courts in public procurement litigation in the medical sector.
• We obtained in favour of our client a judgement waving their obligation to return 80.000 EUR in non-refundable European financing.
• Removal of a 3 mil. EUR lien placed on our client’s immoveable asset for over 20 years, managing to sale said asset.
